We have opened a bug report to track this (http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=622) and may address it in a future HealthFrame release.

Second, you appear to be manually trying to capture information that we are working on making automatic in HealthFrame v3. We hope that HealthFrame v3 will be able to automatically 'know' the difference between a generic name and a brand name for a medication, and will be able to take this into account in data entry, as well as reporting.

Also - you mention dosage, quantity and frequence, etc - most of that - as you can see in the attached image - is already included in the report.

One of the tricks in authoring reports - is creating a readable layout, providing lots of information, leaving enough room for things that can vary in size, etc.

If your request above for particular columns organized the way you have them is the main point - then please note that particular layout often wouldn't fit.

Medication Summary Modifications

I love the medication summary, but there is an area there for notes and there does not seem to be a way to include these notes in the print out.

We were trying to use the notes for creation of a basic med list

Med name | Generic Name | Dosage | Quantity | Frequency | Date Started | Purpose | Prescribed by

Short of retying the information into a spreadsheet to get this report....is there an easier way?
