Please note that it is possible to export patient records and then to store those files in your computer. You can later import those files into HealthFrame. This may help with your questin relating to how you could organize patient data in multiple folders.

Is there a way to place Healthframe on a server and have it retrieved from three four different computers? Also, can I create multiple client files? I have a small care management service where we need to track health information and the Care Managers need to access, input, and review information for several different clients.
