&lt;DIV class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT size=2&gt;Add to the Relationship pull-down list the relation “Healthcare &lt;SPAN&gt;Surrogate&lt;/SPAN&gt;.”&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;This is a common role used legally in ones health care and need to be noted.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;DIV class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT size=2&gt;Add capability for multiple roles for family members.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;A relative may play multiple roles in ones health care.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;For example, a sibling may also be a Healthcare Provider and a Healthcare Surrogate.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;That is three roles.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;The application’s front-end does not allow for this and therefore multiple Actor objects are created for the same person.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;
