You can store a scanned lab result using attachments.

Please take the following steps:

1. Scan lab result to your computer. This should generate a scan file (sometimes .pdf, .bmp, .png, .gif, .jpg, or other format)

2. Click on the navigator panel (on the left) on the Health / Tests button

3. When the Tests page comes up, click on the Add New button

4. When the new test comes up, enter the test name, date, etc.

5. Before you save the test information, click on the + sign next to the word Attachments. This will bring up a dialog box that you can use to locate the scanned document.

When you're done with this, your page of lab work will become a permanent part of your personal health record.

Thanks,
