You can enter broken bone information by entering a new condition (see
screen shots below).&amp;nbsp; You should enter as much information in the comments
section of your condition(s) as you can recall and as add potentially
relevant information - for instance, whether surgery was required.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
You can simply enter the 'type' of condition or you can use the 'picker' to search and select from our built-in library.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
As for the treatment, you can enter a single entry for surgery on
multiple bones, if you'd like.&amp;nbsp; Remember that it's useful to create
links between the bone fracture (condition) and the follow-up
treatment(s), e.g. surgery.&amp;nbsp; This will help correlate the information
in your records.&lt;br&gt;
