We're sorry that you seem to be running into some issues running the Healthcare Providers Summary report.

Please help us identify the possible issue you are running into, by answering the following questions:

If you can still reproduce the error, can you please give us the complete and exact text of the error message?
Do any of the other reports work for you?
Does any other report show the same error?
Are you using the built-in Healthcare Providers Summary report (see image below) or are you using a different report?
What version of HealthFrame are you using? 2.1.7 or 2.1.8? If you're using 2.1.7 - please update to the latest version.

I am using your software,but now everytime i try look at the provides reort it says file does not begin with %PDF could you please help
