I have a number of routine medications and some PRN. When I print the medication list they all print together and it appears that I take them all, all the time. this is confusing to healthcare providers in that I don't take the Zyrtec daily, I only take it when I have a sinus attack. To help this I have created 2 custom reports for my routine meds & PRN  meds but then I have to review & update the customizations before I print anything out to make sure the drugs selected are still accurate. If there was a PRN box on the form that also show on the medication list report, that would help providers understand how the medication was prescribed and is being used.  I don't want to use the Frequency field because it would require a number of user defined entries as PRN 1x daily and PRN 3x daily, etc. Thanks
