We're glad to hear that you have upgraded to 2.1.7.

You can find more information about the HealthFrame Viewer in this forum post. Basically, you should be trying to use HealthFrame Explorer (not the Viewer) if you want to access the PHR data you previously entered.

If you really want to use the HealthFrame Viewer, then make sure you have exported your PHR data first, and then you will be able to use the Viewer (in read-only mode).

I just upgraded to 2.1.7. The health frame viewer can’t find my PHR file I previously put in. (Either can I)
