happy to know that your backup files are safe in a separate storage

You do not need to repurchase HealthFrame in order to be able to re-install the program.&amp;nbsp; Simply request a download &lt;a href="http://www.recordsforliving.com/HealthFrame/Demo/Request.aspx"&gt;online&lt;/a&gt; and after you have downloaded and installed, please enter your license code.&lt;br&gt;

computer crash. We had the files backed up but not the program itself. How can
we re-download the program without having to repay for it? We still have the receipt
and license code as well.
