    Medication list.

I'm back again to ask for an option of printing a simplified list of medications where the dosage is clearly and completely visible be available.  I'm becoming increasingly frustrated by the rigid design of this software.  The reports are too large and cumbersome to be portable.  The doctors want a simple list of medications that they can copy and put in the chart.  Especially in the emergency room, the quick, simple view is essential.  Please consider making your software more flexible.  I'm not happy about going shopping again, but as our medical issues become more complex, I have become more frustrated with this software.

    Hi there,
Have you tried the Medication Instruction Summarie.
I have found that it covers a simple list for any medic that needs to know.
There is a office plugin for the list as well.
    Regards
    Don

    Uuinpok,

We're sorry to hear that you seem to be frustrated by the design of the medication history summary.  In an effort to better understand your concerns, it would be helpful to clarify why you believe the dosage information is not clearly and completely visible.  I have attached a screen shot of what is shown in the report and it seems the dosage information is visible.  Can you please confirm that you are using this report?

As for the flexibility capabilities, are you familiar with the customization feature (look for the ellipsis on the label line)?  Using the customization feature, you can limit what is printed in your medication report in the following ways:
    • List only 'active' medications
    • Limit medications to a particular date range
    • Select specific medications
Was there other types of customizations you had in mind?  Perhaps you can share a proposed layout for a 'smaller' more portable medication list?

Thank you for providing us with your feedback,
    Support Team
