The Active portion of the Medications Summary is an excellent report to print out for those with many meds or with meds that have unusual or challenging instructions.
Oft times one needs to consult the other part of the summary. One observation is the discontinued meds have an important field that the active meds do not and is absent from the Summary - the ‘Reason Discontinued’ field. Please consider including that field in the Medications Summary Report in a future revision of HFE.
