    Medical Visit Co-Pay Report

I have just attempted to generate a Report for my Medical Visit Co-Pays for 2007. For some reason, the Report that is generated includes ALL visits for ALL years, even though I have specified the dates as follows:  From 01/01/2007 through 12/31/2007.  When the Report comes up, it includes ALL dates dating back to 1983.

    Many thanks!

    Esther,

We've tried reproducing the problem you are experiencing, but it works for us.  (Please look at the sample image below).

    Here's what we did:

    1. Using the Susan Marie sample, we set the date range to 01/01/2006-12/31/2006
    2. We then selected the expense type to be 'Co-Pay'
Can you help us figure out what steps you took?

    • What version of HealthFrame are you using? 2.1.6?
    • What report were you using?  The Expense Transaction Reports or an Open Health Service plug-in?
    • What steps did you take?
    Thanks,

    Re: Medical Visit Co-Pay Report

Hmmm, now that is funny!!!  I just tried it again, and the report came out fine!

    To answer your questions, though:

    • I am using HealthFrame Version 2.1.6
    • I was using the Expense Transaction Report
    • I took the exact, same steps you did!

On that same day, I had done alot of work in the database via HealthFrame. I also had done several reports. Then, all of a sudden, I started getting weird results, like I mentioned in my original Post. Prior to my Post, I tried the generating the report a number of times, only to get the same result. Since I made that Post, I have completely shut down my computer a couple of times, so maybe that "fixed" the problem.  Like I said. . .Hmmmmm!!!

Next time I'll do a Screen Capture and include it with my Post.
