    CPU usage problems

    I recently installed changed from XP to Windows 7.

    I reinstalled Healthframe explorer 2.1.11 and noticed that whenever I type, scroll or generally interact with Healthframe it is very slow. With task manager up, it is taking at least 25 % CPU during this problem. This does NOT happen with any other applications, just Healthframe.

    Can someone in the team take a look ?

    We're sorry for the issue you have encountered with your installation of HealthFrame on Windows 7.  Thank you for reporting the problem. 

    Multiple HealthFrame users have upgraded to Windows 7, without running into the problems you describe.  Maybe you can help us by providing some additional detail?

    • Was this an upgrade?  In other words, are you using the same computer that previously ran Windows XP or is this a brand new computer?
    • Do you know the specs for your computer? Processor, speed, memory, etc.
    • How large is your health record?  Do you have a lot of images?
    Please note that, if necessary, we can schedule a web conference support meeting to identify what may be causing the problems with your installation.

    Clean windows 7 install on brand new computer.
    AMD Phentom IIx4 810 Processor, 2.60 Ghz
    4 GB Ram


    I loaded a NEW empty record with the same problem.

    A simple way to reproduce is to just type in a input field.
