Detailed Visit Reports

    I have logged in a lot of data for a visit to the doctors. I am trying to figure out how to print a report for this visit that shows all pre and post visit notes along with vitals.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Hi, Linda!

    Have you tried printing right from the Visit page?  I have attached a PDF file which illustrates what you get when you print the Visit details: pre and post visit notes are listed along with vitals.

    We can also think about creating a Open Health Service (OHS) plug-in, if that's helpful.
